摘要
The paper deals with information provided by the market through means of demand and supply which both set the selling price. Under terms of competition the price is set by the market. The firms that produce look continuously for reducing the costs in order to accept much lower prices. The production activity means the consumption of resources. The paper presents a method for establishing the relationship between unit cost and the market price in order to take the right decisions for production management.
