摘要
The purpose of this paper is a description the crisis management discipline especially its possible approaches. This discipline is constantly evolving, and many authors still looking for a solution how to most effectively apply it in the organization. Organizations always tries to respond a crisis in the best way. Most of them come from with solution after the crisis. You cannot say that this is not the right approach or managerial decision making. However, a timely response to any possible potential crisis should be more appropriate and effective. Besides other things, this paper discusses a proactive approach that the managers should be directed at an early analysis of the processes that could lead to possible origin of the crisis.
