摘要
The fabrication of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) and a series of technology optimization were introduced. The influences of thickness of TiO2 thin film, TiO2 powder treated by HCl, TiO2 electrode treated by TiCl4, and adding light-scattering layer on the efficiency of DSSC were discussed. The optimize thickness of TiO2 electrode is about 12 mu m. The experimental results showed that HCl treatments, increase of the thickness of TiO2 thin film, adding a light-scattering layer, and TiCl4 treatments with nanocrystalline TiO2 electrode can improve the efficiency of DSSC.
