摘要
Olympic logistics could be regarded as complicated system engineering: the relationship among the sports equipment manufacturer, the Olympic Games partners and the sponsors, there has the essential buying-selling relations for the product or the set-vice; Regarding the participative personnel, audience and tourists, there has the material supply-sales relations. Therefore the viewpoint how to analyze operation mode on the basis of the supply chain and construct performance measurement system must play vital role in Olympic logistics. This thesis creatively applies the SCOR model in the analysis of Beijing Olympic logistics, constructs Olympic logistics SCOR model from the corporate planning, the core flow level, the disposition level and the decomposition level and so on. Also the author selects some appropriate performance measurement indicator about the core flow level and instructs measurement systems by using the comparison - analytic hierarchy process.
