The Researches on Technology Innovation Problems of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises for TRIZ Application

In order to improve the technology innovation ability, meet user's individualized demand, and apply the theory of TRIZ in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), especially need to solve some key problems, such as the mode choice of technology innovation, establishment of organization network of technology innovation, and achievement of innovative process based on TRIZ, etc.. This study shows the demands for TRIZ in detail according to the characteristics and existing problem of SMEs. SMEs need to set up an open enterprise leading type technology innovation organization network, and achieve the longitudinal cooperation innovation with institution of higher learning. Combining with the general innovative process of enterprises, according to the process of solving problems of TRIZ, the process of technology innovation based on TRIZ has been set up from researching and developing point of view. In addition, from mode adopting of cooperative innovation, establishment of enterprise leading type technology innovation organization network and the using of innovative process based on TRIZ theory, practice application of TRIZ in SJZ-VC Company has been summarized. The application results of TRIZ have explained with technology innovation of the close goggle valve product.
