Synthesis and Crystal Structures of Two Copper(II) Complexes Containing Amide Type Ligands

摘要
Two new complexes, [(CuL2Cl2)-Cl-1]DMF (1) and [(CuL2Cl2)-Cl-2] (2) (L-1=N-(4-chlorophenyl)-2-(quinolin-8-yloxy)acetamide, L-2=N,N-diphenyl-2-(quinolin-8-yloxy)acetamide), were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. In each complex, the six-coordinated Cu(II) ion is in a distored octahedral geometry with the donor centers of two O atoms and two N atoms from two ligands, and two chloride anions. In the crystal of 1, intramolecular N-H center dot center dot center dot Cl hydrogen bonds link the molecules into centrosymmetric dimers. However, there are no classic hydrogen bonds in the structure of 2. CCDC: 899968, 1; 854374, 2.
