摘要：

Poyang lake eco-economic region is an important economic zone in the west-central China, and the economy of this economic zone has an crucial relation with the harmonious development of environment. The thesis, from a point of Low Carbon Economy, through analyzing the distinct regional characteristic of Poyang lake eco-economic region and combining the related development planning programme, investigates the pattern of developing low carbon economy in Poyang lake eco-economic region.
