摘要
This paper describes a mathematical model developed to optimize the charge composition for waste gasification process on the basis of series experiments on the laboratory thermal unit and in particular with regard to the quality of produced synthesis gas. Randomly generated batch does not guarantee the continuity of the process parameters, such as heating value Of synthesis gas or its yield. The proposed mathematical model assesses the possible combinations of types of waste materials that are available, based on selected parameters. The decisive parameters influencing the calorific value of synthesis gas is a volatile matter content of waste, hydrogen content and net calorific value of the charge. The model evaluates these parameters by making the most suitable charge according to preselected criteria.
