摘要
Designing e-commerce sites must comply with certain rules to follow, all aimed at meeting the demands and needs of users, so to meet certain quality standards. In this paper we present the main issues that must be taken into account when is evaluated the quality and management of e-commerce sites. In literature, there is a series of quality standards which define the main criteria for assessing the quality and the management for Web sites. E-commerce sites have a few characteristics wich must be followed when is evaluated their quality and management. For a correct assessment should supervise the design aspects and management of their structure and content. In this context, we propose a dual approach of quality over the sites, one in terms of processes developed on the site and one from the point of view of the site itself, in a holistic approach.
