摘要
The evolutionary process of business is essentially the process of its adaptation to changing environment constantly, and the evolutionary adaptability is the critical factor which determines whether a high-tech incubating business can be incubated successfully in a complicated surroundings. In this paper, based on the concepts of evolution, we have initially reviewed the related literature refered to the evaluation to the business' evolutionary adaptability, then we have analyzed the main factors which can affect the evolutionary adaptability of high-tech incubating business with Systematic Dynamics Model, as well employed fuzzy multi-criteria appraisal method to construct a evolutionary adaptability evaluation model. Finally, we have conducted an empirical study to evaluate the given firm's adaptability to their environments.
