Improvement Measurement to Guarantee the Quantity and Quality of Ecological Cultivated Land

With the continuous development of the society, there are more and more people in the society. Ecological cultivated land, as a kind of non-renewable resources, is attracting more and more attention, accompanied by various contradictions. There are mainly contradictions between the quantity control and construction occupation of ecological cultivated land, and the contradiction between human social activities and the quality of ecological cultivated land. As people are having a deeper and deeper understanding of ecological cultivated land, emphasis is placed to the "three in one" quantity and quality in the measures to protect ecological cultivated land. It is found from the research into "three in one" measures to protect the quantity and quality of ecological cultivated land that people have a week understanding of protecting the ecological cultivated land and tend to emphasize the quantity while neglecting the quality and eco-environment. Policies to protect the ecological cultivated land is imperfect, with a lack of coordination among departments and a division of management. The scientific and technological development is at a low level with few measures to protect agricultural technologies. Besides, the laws and system to protect ecological cultivated land are imperfect. In response to these problems, this paper proposes to strengthen the propaganda and training of ecological cultivated land protection, enhance the awareness of ecological cultivated land protection, and give full play to the role of farmers in the protection of ecological cultivated land; it is necessary to establish grading protection of ecological cultivated land and improve the protection of ecological cultivated land by legislation. At the same time, it is necessary to increase economic support for the protection of ecological cultivated land; accelerate the development of science and technology, make full use of science and technology in the process of farmland protection, establish monitoring technology for ecological cultivated land systems, and provide technical support for the ecological and quality evaluation of ecological cultivated land; and it is also necessary to speed up the establishment and improvement of the legal system and use legal weapons to protect ecological cultivated land.
