This paper analysis and choose the mode of the East Asia Community, establish the theory of the East Asia optimal currency area,the theory of the East Asia transaction cost and the theory of the East Asia institution changes put forward that the East Asia Community should has a dynamic choice. decide the aims and stages of the East Asia Community. It will have the important value for the East Asia future.
