摘要：
Key Clinical Message Renal vascular malformations may mimic hydronephrosis on gray-scale ultrasound and can be easily differentiated using color doppler imaging. Non-radiology physicians performing point-of-care renal ultrasound should be aware of this finding to avoid mismanagement.
