Today, technology circulates as a kind of commodity in market in economy activities. To as certain a rational Price to transfer is a urgent problem to be settled. The value and price research to technology commodity is significant on theory and reality. Because Space technology cost is counted into expenditure on national defense, So the effect of cost can be not considered. Space technology Price is decided by the profit-making ability and the contribution to technological progress.
