摘要：
Through empirical analysis, we found that M1and M2 which are in the lag of 1(2) period will bring significant effect, but the effect of M2 can last for the 4th period.M1 could just last for the 2th period or the 3th period. Therefore, to control the inflation should also control the increasing rate of M1 and M2.Also, the higher the entrepreneur confidence index will promote more investment, that brings higher price of products; the high prices of Import raw material will make the cost of products rise. This is one of the main reasons of Chinese inflation.
