摘要
In this work we studied the magnetic and structural properties of Fe1-xTix (x = 0, 0.02, 0.05, 0.07) thin films prepared with dc-magnetron sputtering. It was found that the inter-atomic spacing increases as the amount of Ti is increased indicating that Ti is getting dissolved substitutionally in Fe lattice. We found that the addition of 5% Ti is best suited for its usage in Fe-Ti-N alloys.
