摘要
We study resonant tunneling transport properties of a quantum dot connected to two leads. The flowing electrons are supposed to interact strongly at the quantum dot. The system is represented by an Anderson impurity Hamiltonian. The transport properties are characterized by the well-known Coulomb blockade properties. However, superimposed to them, this one-dimensional (1D) system possesses novel non-linear current static hi-stability behavior and other time-dependent instability phenomena, probably current and charge oscillations.
