Compliance of the sector of telecommunications in Bulgaria with EU regulations

摘要：
The present study analyses some legal problems of the telecommunications sector in Bulgaria. As part of the Helsinki group, Bulgaria, like the other countries applying for EU membership, has to restructure its economy and make it competitive in order to comply with the 1993 Copenhagen economic criteria. The Central and Eastern European Countries (CEECs) must amend legislation and open several strategic sectors, such as telecommunications, energy and transport, to competition. A dynamic economy, characterised by more growth and efficiency, is the target towards a successful enlargement of the EU.
