摘要：
This paper deals with IT systems used in the area of manufacturing. In face-to-face interviews companies were questioned about their software solutions in eight defined areas. The results focus on the range and level of supported functions. Furthermore, satisfaction of enterprises with implemented software and their opinions concerning integrated systems in the area of manufacturing were a main part oft the study.
