摘要
Radiation of electromagnetic wave to human head may cause the heating effect to the tissue. To study these effects, Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) and Temperature rise inside the human head are examined using the numerical calculation approach, Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD) Method. Heterogeneous model of Human head is designed as layers structured such as Skin, Fat, Bone, Dura, CSF (Cerebrospinal fluid), and Brain. Analysis is based on parallel and perpendicular polarization of Electromagnetic wave using 2D FDTD. The investigated frequencies are 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2450MHz for 4G and 3.35GHz, 4.5 GHz for 5G.
