In this venture as we probably am aware vehicle movement clog and observing has turned out to be one of the basic issues in street transport.This paper depicts a technique to take care of the issue of intangibility of activity flag created by colossal vehicles.in this paper we propose another setting aware way to deal with locate the present status and thickness of movement and dyanamic administration of movement flags alongside the ecological conditions. To facilate this, our propose engineering of Vehicle Traffic Congestion Control and Monitoring System in IoT would perform well.Normally, this design is partitioned into two noteworthy modules i.e equipment module(microcontroller, camera, USB to serial converter, contamination sensor, temperature sensor, wifi module and so forth) and programming module (server, Android applications,MPLAB, proteus, and so on). The camera which is utilized for numbering the no of vehicle goes through specific way amid the predefined length. It likewise decide organize blockage and henceforth the green light length for that street.
