Hydrodynamic calculation by means of a wide-range equation of state for matter

摘要
The wide-range equation of state for copper is described in detail. Peculiarities and difficulties of mathematical simulation with this equation are discussed. Results are given of numerical hydrodynamic calculations of the evolution of matter in a dispersing sphere and in the cathode spot of a vacuum arc.
