Applicate the SWOT analysis method that always used in economy in talent culture of hydraulic engineering major in high occupational education, through analyse the strengths and weakness of its self and the opportunities and threats of outside, draw the SWOT analysis chart, then present the representation of hydraulic engineering major building.
