摘要：
The article analyze Brazilian compliance with the UN Agenda 2030 and the legal identity of transgender. Deals with the Supreme Court decision (ADI 4275), which gave constitution Interpretation to the Public Records Act. It presents the UN's process of 17 goals, focusing on 16 to build effective, accountable and inclusive institutions . It applies historical and comparative methodology, using legislative analysis, data extracted from jurisprudence and doctrine.
