摘要
The high intensity pulsed uses flashes of intense light of broad spectrum (200 to 1100 nm) to sterilize pharmaceutical products, medical devices. solid foodstuffs and fluid and packing. Several impulses can be delivered in second, giving an equipment of sterilization faster than the conventional processes. (heat treatments. chemicals, ionizing radiations). The efficacity of the process was shown against a broad sampling of micro-organisms which includes the vegetative forms, the spores of bacteria, the moulds, the viruses and the parasites. The process high intensity pulsed light is compatible with many plastics employed in agro-alimentary, medical and pharmaceutical industries.
