摘要：
Urban knowledge innovation capability turns into an important factor that affects the potential economic development capability and overall competitiveness. This dissertation, from the knowledge innovation participants point of view, calculates scores of urban knowledge innovation capability through constructing an index system and model of urban knowledge innovation capability, and gives some related analysis of city's comprehensive competitiveness scores. We can conclude that the urban knowledge innovation capability is in accord with the urban comprehensive competitiveness, giving a channel to improve the urban knowledge capability for innovation.
