摘要：

The article simple expounds the challenges of contemporary management due to the changes of modern management environment, points out many new development trends of Management Science and its practices in the 21st century, the management of cross-fusion trend, gradually take seriously use of philosophy especially use Marxist philosophy be guide developing trend, management education popularization trend, scientific management trend, management institutionalize trend, and sustainable development trend, these six issues are mainly discussed here. Applying the country reality, the study focus on how to develop and fix up our country's Principle of Management and its' education, practice.
