The globalization of the critical R&D function is more necessary than ever. But managers continue to be daunted by the complexity this strategic change requires. In our work with leading companies around the world - and in a global survey of senior technology and innovation managers - Arthur D. Little has begun to evaluate and identify impediments and emerging best practices in the quest for globalization.
