摘要
This paper presents a comprehensive optimal model for sizing of battery energy storage system (BESS) in Micro-grid (MG) based on a cost-benefit analysis method, in the model both the BESS capacity sizing problem and the economic dispatch problem of MG under the planed BESS capacity are considered, the MG dispatch strategies based on optimal operation of BESS are also taken into account. For there are both operation variables and planning variables in the model, and it is difficult to express the relationship between MG operating costs and the size of BESS with mathematical function, a simulation-based two-stage solving strategy is presented, Mesh Adaptive Direct Search (MADS) black box optimization algorithm and improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) algorithm are utilized to solve the outer sizing model and the inner economic dispatch model respectively. Illustrative examples show the efficiency of the proposed method.
