摘要
In present work we refer to the dielectric properties of CdSe/PVA NC's. CdSe/PVA nanocomposites were synthesized using wet chemical technique. Dielectric properties of prepared polymer nanocomposites (PNC's) have been determined using HIOKI-L-C-R meter. The temperature dependent (298 K-373 K) dielectric constant, dissipation factor and dielectric losses were studied in frequency window of 42 Hz to 1 MHz. In dielectric study the dipolar or orientational polarization leads to the increased value of dielectric constant with respect to temperature and is significant towards higher frequency. Dielectric losses change of behavior with frequency and temperature is noticed which is due to dielectric relaxation of the sample. Analyzing the dissipation factor results in change of behavior which corresponds to relaxation time, as relaxation time decreases with increase in temperature. Bulk resistance (R-b) has been determined from the point of intersection on the real x-axis i.e., by Nyquist plot.
