摘要
Based on the results of inspection, electrochemical experiments, and corrosion tests, the multiple changes in the mechanism of the inner corrosion of pipes along the service long-distance water main cannot be explained by changes in the chemical composition and oxygen content of the water. It is shown that in equally aerated solutions determining the corrosion rate by weighting results in an error of 350-400%. The method developed enables one to ascertain the type and rate of corrosion accurate to 20%.
