摘要：
After the reformation of mechanism of water conservancy, because of the lagged finance support and the problem of part maintenance project as well as low diathesis of staff, there exists many problems in maiantenance works. The writer put forward some useful suggestions according to their maintenance practice in order to resolve these problems, which just provides some references for those who work at this task.
