摘要：
"Budget Law of the People's Republic of China" (BLPRC) is formally implemented in January 1, 1995. In the first decade, it played a very important role in standard budget and final accounts preparation; and contributes to straighten out the relationship between various departments. But in recent years, BLPRC has lagged behind the rapid economic development and financial practices. Based on China's financial practices, the author compares relevant provisions of the BLPRC, and points out shortcomings and development directions of the BLPRC. Researches of the author may provide reference for BLPRC amendment.
