摘要
Fractal theory is a rising transverse study, which is applied universally. It has been applied in theories of a variety of fields, such as science, humanities, art and culture. I found that the government structure and fractal structure just coincide. In the fractal theory, the simple regularization in fractal self-similarity, iteration, self-organization, dynamic evolution and complexity, which I regard as the five most important features of fractal theory and are concerned about. Nowadays, the service-oriented government provides "service" with extensity, diversity, materiality, imperceptibility, complexity and advance with the times, which represent a feature of nonlinearity. This kind of service-oriented government conforms to the five features of fractal theory. Science paradigm revolutionary always motivates and inspires new thoughts. With a new visual angle, methods and frame, we survey a traditional service-oriented government, including the use of fractal theory. All of these will greatly impel the construction of a contemporary service-oriented government.
