摘要：

In the structure of the title compound, [Pd(C5H4NOS)(2)], the Pd atom is coordinated by a slightly distorted planar array of two S and two O atoms; the two 1-hydroxy-2(1H)-pyridinethione ligands adopt a cis configuration. Intermolecular Pd ... Pd and Pd ... S interactions of 4.05 and 3.80 Angstrom, respectively, are observed in the structure.
