New directions in laser therapy - Combination of carbon dioxide laser resurfacing and incisional cosmetic facial surgery

Whether or not to do incisional surgery, laser resurfacing, or a combination of these two surgical modalities is a decision that must be properly and appropriately derived by the plastic surgeon. Guidelines are enumerated and multiple patient examples axe reviewed. With these guidelines the plastic surgeon will enhance his or her ability to formulate and develop an enhanced surgical plan.
