Use of FTIR spectroscopy for studying the kinetics of solid-state processes

摘要：
The prospects for the use of FTIR spectroscopy for the determination of gaseous reaction products in electrothermal atomic-absorption spectrometry at the pyrolysis stage and for the calculation of the kinetic parameters of the reactions were considered. It is shown that an experimental setup based on an FTIR spectrometer provides a means for characterizing the thermal decomposition of a standard compound.
