摘要
Network services are hosted by servers to provide shared resources to client computer, some of the examples of such services are HTTP, FTP, Database and Web services. Quality of Experience (QoE) is a set of human centric factors which provides quality assessment of services, networks and end-user devices. QoE of network services is influenced by multiple factors such as server and client system configurations, network QoS and end-user device parameters, content, and business aspects. Agent is autonomous software component system that cooperates with other agents in distributed environment to collect data for decision making. We propose QoE framework for network services based on agent technology, where agents will be used to monitor QoE and QoS data at run time. QoE Admin is heart of system and it will analyze data and based on policies, it will take appropriate actions.
