STUDY ON VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF VEHICLE-TURNOUT-BRIDGE COUPLING SYSTEM IN HIGH SPEED RAILWAY

摘要
A detailed vehicle-turnout-bridge system dynamic analysis model is established in this paper. The system model consists of vehicle model, turnout-bridge model and wheel/rail interaction model. The vehicle is viewed as rigid bodies and established by self-compiling FORTRAN program based on multi-body system dynamics theory. The turnout-bridge modal, composed by rail, slab, bridge body and etc, is established by ANSYS software based on finite element theory. Then wheel/rail interaction model is established to make vehicle model (multi-body system model) and turnout-bridge model (finite element model) coupled based on coupling dynamics theory. A simulation platform FORSYS is developed for establishing multi-body system model and finite element model and then coupling them. Using the dynamic analysis model, vehicle/turnout dynamic interaction, vehicle running safety and riding comfort, turnout and bridge dynamic characteristics are predicted and evaluated in the paper.
