摘要
The piezoelectric properties and domain switching phenomena of piezoelectric ceramics under different strain rate impact loading were experimentally studied by using the Split Hopkins Pressure Bar measuring device. The variation of piezoelectric parameters were analyzed, such as piezoelectric strain constant, resonant frequency, electromechanical coupling coefficient, dielectric loss, dielectric constant and quality factor. The research shows that piezoelectric ceramics have obvious strain rate effect; with the increase of strain rate, the piezoelectric strain constant, resonant frequency, electromechanical coupling coefficient, dielectric loss and quality factor have a linear change in the normalized range, but there is a threshold value. That is, when the strain rate exceeds this value, the corresponding parameters will be abruptly changed, and the internal domain inversion of the sample is obviously intensified.
