摘要：
The environmental pollution not only causes directly destruction to the economical system, but also affects the sound development of the urban. This paper analysed the series of environmental problems which produced in the process of urbanization. On the basis of the analysis, proposed the specific measures and plan to govern the environmental pollution, and pointed out that our cities are going to a low carbon development way.
