摘要：

Czech Republic has become a new cross border partner of Slovakia since its access to European Union in 2004. The both states could profit from their mutual cross border cooperation from 2004. The cross border cooperation was first taken patronage by the Initiative Interreg, later after the start of a new programming period (2007-2013) by the Operational Programme Cross-Border Cooperation. The main aim and task of thesis is evaluation of their cooperation during the mentioned period 2007-2013 (programme under the European Territorial Cooperation objective). The evaluation is made on the basis of analysis of obtained data and on the basis of results of questionnaire survey. Cross-border partnership is clearly growing. Completed projects help to maintain good relations.
