摘要
A graphene loop antenna with reconfigurable operation band is proposed. The antenna consists of a ring graphene element excited by a photomixer. By modifying the chemical potential of graphene, the device can operate at multiple frequencies in terahertz band. The maximum of the antenna total efficiency occurs near to its second resonance frequency. The bandwidth of the proposed device can be changed from 4.4% (2.2 THz <= integral <= 2.3 THz) to 21.1% (2.6 THz <= integral <= 3.7 THz). The loop antenna is also compared with a graphene dipole antenna.
