摘要
The comparative study of dark current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics of the CdS/CdTe/Cu/Au and CdS/CdTe/ITO thin-film solar cells is carried out. The physical properties of the p(+)-CdTe/n(+)-ITO rear contact are experimentally determined for the first time.
