摘要：

With China's growing assets of colleges and universities, the scientific management and high efficiency of assets utilization is becoming particularly important. In this paper, it focuses the current low efficiency of the domestic assets in Colleges and universities, and constructs the evaluation index system to master the assets of college and university.
