Plasmonic Nanoantenna based Ultrafast and Broadband Graphene Photodetectors

摘要
We present broadband photodetection from 800 nm to 20 mu m with operation speeds exceeding 50 GHz and responsivity levels as high as 0.6 A/W at 0.8 mu m and 11.5 A/W at 20 mu m by using plasmonic nanoantennas as photodetector contact electrodes on graphene.
