摘要：
The article studies the rental economic essence of the current stage in national higher education. Activity of higher educational institutions as subjects of market relations are considered taking into account the peculiarities of the existing of oligopolistic state of the educational services market. The state of the educational services environment is analyzed in the context of demand and proposition influence with consideration of their quantitative and qualitative calculation.
