摘要：

ARIMA model is the basic model of time series analysis, it has good effect in the short term prediction of time series. By using fitting sample data of ARIMA model, this paper predict the future trend of R&D expenditure with the past R&D expenditure value of Liaoning province, and provide good advice for the government policy.
