摘要：

As "the most deadly risk of bank", liquidity risk occupies an extremely important status in the management of the bank. The liquidity crisis is not only a threat to the banking sector, but also to the stability of the entire economic and society, and even national security. Therefore, it has important theoretical and practical significance which researches on the generation mechanism of the liquidity risk. This article analyzes the causes of liquidity risk formation from tripartite aspect which are endophytism, the conversion of other banking risks and exogenousness in order to bring the reference for the liquidity management and the improvment of the ability of withstanding liquidity risk
