The Influence of Chinese Cultural Negative Transfer to Enterprise Employee English Language Training and Solution

This paper starts from the introduction of Chinese cultural negative transfer and the reason of it, states the influence of Chinese cultural negative transfer to enterprise employee English training, believes it negatively influence the enterprise employees English training. To solve this problem, this paper suggests adding the English-speaking country's culture introduction in enterprise employees' English training progress, cultivating employees' cultural consciousness in the training progress.
